How to Brand your office using Window Graphics Sticker
This is a case study of one of our branding Jobs at a Customer’s site in Eldoret.
- Site Assessment
We first went to the café, ‘Mid-café’, and measured the window panes’ sizes which were about 80cm by 160cm.
2. Material Selection
The Banner Material has common options including; Vinyl, Fabric, or Paper. Our suitable choice for Mid Cafe was the Window Graphics Sticker as our customer wanted to have Natural light in the room and still blind the interior environment from the outside look. Window Graphics Sticker is vinyl which is more resistant to weather vagaries and allows light through while still retaining privacy.
On Design the Banner one could Use a design software or an online tool to create your banner. Include any text, images, logos, or graphics you want to display. Making sure the design auto fits fits the dimensions of your window pane to provide for perfection in the final outcome of the displayed items.
3. Print Your Banner:
Printing the banner would require a printer capable of large-format printing, Alternatively, you can take your design to a professional printing service Like Bor Systems to have it printed.
4. Prepare the Window Pane
Clean the window thoroughly to remove any dust, dirt, or residue by pouring on water to clean it well to allow for adhesion in that the sticker will stick firmly to the window pane thus increasing on the shelf life of the banner. Allow the window to dry completely before proceeding.
5. Application of the Banner
Peel off the backing from your printed banner aligning it to the window pane then Position the banner on the window pane where you want it to be displayed and slowly and carefully lay down the sticker while Smoothing out any wrinkles or bubbles using a hard straight edge (such as a credit card). Press the banner firmly onto the glass to ensure good adhesion.



6. Let It Dry:
Allow the adhesive to dry for 1-2 hours, Check for any remaining bubbles or wrinkles and smooth them out if necessary, and at worst if the bubbles are a lot, by a needle you could prick the bubbles to release trapped air then smooth it out.
